We will be setting up your account which includes: assigning you a dedicated email address just for alerts from your county if there is any activity; registering your name and property address with the online alert system for your county; when we register you with the alert system you will receive a copy of all emails received at your assigned dedicated email address at the email you provided when you purchased your subscription.

We will send you a secure link to download your current Deed and any other documents filed in the "Public Records" for your county. Please save these documents in a safe place.

If you purchased a monthly subscription, you will automatically be charged $9.99 30 days from today and every month thereafter unless you cancel your subscription.

If you purchased an annual subscription, you will automatically be charged $99.98 365 days from today and very year thereafter unless you cancel your subscription.
